no that exists because you get extra time in exams. i think the concept of extra time in exams for being "disabled" is ridiculous, as if it helps a retard get a good grade they couldn't normally have achieved, then it tells employers that this kid is as good/fast/clever a worker as someone without the handicap, which just isn't the case. someone who isn't dyslexic is obviously going to be able to read faster and thus process data faster, for example, but due to the way exams are done the qualifications of the two employees won't necessarily show this. which defeats the point of qualifications.
