im not a big fan of guitar solo's... not the classic type ones anyway, and i dont really notice them when they are there! one i will mention though, is Meshuggah - new millennium cyanide christ

Apart from of course, all the non vocal tracks on Steve Vai albums but they're not exactly solo breaks.

It brings back pleasant memories of what was happening at that point in my life - I met my wife at the same time as that album came out and it's her favourite track on there too, so to me anyway, it's more than just about the tracks on the album itself!.
