Dio's voice is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better so I'd say Dio but I like Ozzy too just cuz he makes me laugh.

Hmm, I disagree. Ozzy Osbourne may have sold more records with Black Sabbath and his own band, but Dio has made some really memorable songs with Rainbow (Gates of Babylon, Stargazer, Starstruck, Kill the King)
Personally for me, Dio is the don. Still sounds fantastic, as opposed to Ozzy, who just moans and wails like an idiot all the time on stage. Dio is also a superior lyricist I believe. Just listen to any Rainbow lyric!
Guitarists-wise, Ozzy has had some of the best in the world (Jake, Zakk, Randy & Brad Gillis) but Dio has worked with some amazing ones too (Ritchie (the best!), Vivian Campbell, Doug Aldrich) and he doesn't hide behind his musicians. When I'm listening to an Ozzy song, I am always waiting for a Randy, Jake or Zakk solo to save his crappy singing. Dio, on the other hand, still sounds as good as ever, and he had a pretty incredible voice to start off with!
People shouldn't blindly follow Ozzy just because he is high profile. It is clear that Dio has made incredible songs and can sing like a demon. I choose quality (Dio) over celebrity (Ozzy)

From what I have heard, I prefer Dio, though in terms of personality, i prob rate ozzy higher

I think Dio was better overall, but Ozzy had some great songs with Sabbath too. I have no problem with Ozzy's voice, but all the kids in my school know him because he was in a tv programme and have never heard of Black Sabbath. That puts me off..

Black Sabbath was way better with Ozzy 
and his solo stuff I've heard more of, and it's pretty decent.
Sabbath with Dio weren't as good but his solo stuff is great! as for the other bands he was with, haven't really heard anything by them.
But I'll say Ozzy!
