ok i exaggerated the first time. but it'd be regions across the nation. so little bits everywhere.

and there's still a problem because its kinda hard to stop. and the government won't necessarily do anything if it could. and its one of their advisors who's been telling them this for years. he predicted suicide bombers 8 years ago. now they're here...
