The loony left gone mad. Why encourage them to do what they do by making it 'safer'?
Self-harmers actually want to harm themselves, they'll see it as an achievement to have caught a disease from a dirty razorblade.
Jesus H Christ. I (will) have to pay taxes to help these dregs.

Self injurers (which the article was mainly aimed at) harm for the pain/adreneline release and for a way to get rid of emotions, as a short term coping mechanism. Its stupid to say that a self harmer would want to get a fucking disease.
And as there are a lot of people that do it i wouldnt call it a completly bad idea. If you stop you stop because you find a better way with dealing with things and feel you can. Not because your sharps are too dirty. So it isn't encouraging anyone to carry on/start self harming.

I do think they are a bit stupid though. Some of them have genuine problems though, even if the majority are (imo) a bunch of attentions seeking gEmo cunts

Yes, self-harm is one of the most personal things you can do although there are people who do it for attention. I guess no one here saw it, there was this programme on tv (it was shite) but anyway it was about SH and based around www.recoveryourlife.com. It probably won't be repeated again but if it is it might answer some of the dumb questions you ask.
