how can self harming actually be constructive in any way

and isn't recoveryourlife.com a website which helps people stop self-harming

and so doesn't that mean that it's a bad thing?

As far as im concerned its not a bad thing or a good thing. I think people who cut too deep are stupid, I think people who ask dumb questions about it are stupid too.

well i read it and tbh i find it hard to believe that 1 in 10 kids have had such a stressful childhood that they harm themselves but i guess i'm just ignorant
