I'm moving to Barnet to vote conservatives. They better keep their promise of destroying that crappy team.

Bearing in mind I don't know a lot about Barnet's specific situation with the Tories, all I'd say is that Barnet have a non-league set-up with a pitch that is on a hill and are struggling to stay up, when most clubs who get promoted into League Two are ok to battle towards at least the playoffs in their first season.

I'd vote Tory if I could. Few months to go til I reach voting age though.

We had a really good start tot he season (we were top for a few weeks) but then had an utter mare mid-season and dropped like stones. We're by no means the worst team in the league, though it's very close in the bottom half of the league

Aye, Rushden are the worst in L2....followed by Torquay (though they're on fire at the mo so should just about escape-again)

Anyway, Labour are going to lose loads of seats, which is good.

Did anyone see Boris Johnson in the England vs Germany "Legends" match last night? Legend.

i saw the first 50 mins. sadly boris wasn't on when i was watching. richard ashcroft made it on though. which was hilarious. he looks like he's on so many drugs.

i think the real question about that game, though, is: did the ball cross the line after that controversial moment just before half time?

what was the final score, btw. it was 2-0 when i stopped watching.

I saw the end - with Boris. He's such a legend. I love it when he goes on have i got news for you :P

I think Labour lost (and tories gained) about 100 seats, which is a huge gain for tories. Lib dems gained a few too i think

conservatives gained 18 councils, lib dem 1, which is a bit disappointing for them. labour lost out just about everywhere. their popularity is at an all time low at 26% (vs. 27% for lib dem and 30-odd for the tories). BNP won 11 seats in barking.

that's about all i can remember from the lunchtime news.

i dont know about local elections but i had an erection in my local, and they couldnt close the bar hatch for 10 minutes
na my case is rested as it is won, surely only a fool or a terrorist would go against my findings.tell me what the bitter taste of defeat is like, for i can taste only the sweetness of victory.abuse me more to your folly as it only strengthens my resolve, you weak inept cretinous pondlife

i will say no more on the matter until I see fit, rather like the lord of the manor throwing scraps to the uneducated peasants.now scurry away to your inadequate brothels of lower learning. for you cease to amuse me
