true, i liked them a bit when i was younger, but not so much now. don't know why, i just don't.

might just be the media though, you know they are like. always trying to get something out of them for a good story.

Thats kinda gay but its not really a breakup. more like a break.
After legal efforts to protect children from internet porn failed, we decided to come up with a new way to protect kids...

they were alright. had some good songs. not really a band i ever listen to though really. a bit like audioslave, except that audioslave have no good songs and are never worth listening to :P

Well, I like System Of A Down, except for "Mezmerize", which was a load of crap.It doesn't really seems like they are going to be away for long though, and they take some time to put out new albums anyway.

Guess they were a good band, had all their albums minus 'Mezmerize' because I basically couldn't be bothered to go out and get it. That kind of sums up my opinion.

They had some good songs, except they just got played out. Like B.Y.O.B. the first month that was out, it was played out. Alot of there songs sucked anyways. It always sucks to hear about a decent band splitting up. Tho it could just be a rumor.

SOAD are good. there just oen of those bands i downloaded a bunch of songs of instead of buyin an album of them.

my brother owns all their cd's so i hve to listen to them alot, they can get boring after a while

I like SOAD, and it sucks that I won't be able to see them live anytime soon. Yeah, their last couple of albums flooded mainstream media, but the their first CD is great.
