If your into Metallica, get the So What! book. I got it at borders for a bargain price of $4.99, and its originally $29.99. I walked in, and stopped, stepped back a few steps, and dropped my jaw in amazment, and bought it immediatly. Definatly a great buy!

As for movies, ummm I only really like Detroit Rock City, and even that is kinda blah. Tenacious D, School Of Rock, crap like that just sucks. I really dislike Jack Black, his portrayal of the "rock star" role is just pathetic and its nerve wrecking to think people actually find him funny. I'm actually insulted when I see him do that shit, cause nobody who listens to rock, acts like him. He is just terrible.

Off Topic, but again, I only really like "documentary" dvd's when it comes to music, but thats just me. Just go to the local dvd store and check out some videos, maybe you'll see something you'd like. *shrug*

Cheers!

Yeah I've heard good reviews about So What!
Today I ended up getting Nirvana:A Biography, and Everyone Hurts, which I guess is a book making fun of emo's. Should be funny even if its not supposed to though...

"Needs Must" the autobiography of rock journalist Chris Needs. A frontline look at the punk explosion and beyond, a great read.
