QOTSA Glasgow Last Night Rate Topic: -----

Top quality showing from the boys last night. A very strong set and highly polished performances all round. My one bug bear would be them playing Hanging Trees with Homme on lead vocal, it's Lanegan's song, leave it alone.

On the whole an excellent gig though. :huh:

They're playing Fade without Lanegan as well.

I'm not keen on it, but I've accepted that Mark's not going to be with the band again for a while. I got over it.

I'm not too keen on QOTSA after they ruined a gig by performing the longest version of 'no-one knows' in the universe, which just didn't end and got me pished off to a full egree with them. Did they do that here too?

There was a few bits like that throughout the set actually but I actually kinda liked the extended instrumental sections.
