Must I put exactly ten bands?
no, ten is the maximum number of bands you can put, but if you only want to put 5, only put 5.

yes, you can private mail me (monsieur-folie) at any of the aformentioned sites, or if your reading this elsewhere, and it is by monsieur-folie (or possibly johntwazere) then that is I.
Where and when are the results?
Where: everywhere! but they will be officially announced at http://rockcountdown.synthasite.com
When: it hasn't been decided yet, it will depend on how fast the votes are coming in. If they are flying in we will set an early deadline, if they are slow coming in we'll leave it late.
