The Cordless Show live event on the 11th of February in Aldgate was simply
amazing. First of all I couldn't believe the quality of the acts. These were proper professionals and they all sounded great. The night started off with Ed Sheeran, a unique singer song-writer you mixes his guitar riffs with beat box and went into an outstanding "rasta-man" freestyle, that just amazed the crowd. Next up were Leddra Chapman and Elsa Chapman (no relation) who sang their hearts out (and looked stunning in the process). Ending the show was Sam Sure and Giocomo, with their lively performance mixing rock/indie with a hip hop flow, definitely one to watch in the coming year.
All in all it was a great show with a friendly atmosphere, incredibly cheap drinks (think 1980 prices), lots of eye candy and probably the best acts you'll get to see live for a fiver. I actually left the show thinking "what a bargin", I'll be back for my next music fix next month.
