normal tetris is a 2-d game, because it is played in 2 planes. this version has removed one plane of gameplay, namely the horizontal plane, therefore it is 1-d. end of story.

exactly, the one dimension is referring to movement, not the appearance of the blocks.

having said that theyre actually moving through time as well so it's 2-D. so there.

Time isn't a physical dimension though. You would hardly go around saying that objects with three spatial dimensions were 4-D because then you would get laughed at for being a twat.

Second moment of Area has units of metres to the power of 4.....
I don't understand

The movement is definitely 2D and involves some form of (black) magic!
See theres a block on the left that keeps gettin replaced and then the previous block that you saw magically falls down into the game area. Maybe this is time travel, possibly making it 3D.....

nah technically it's still only 1-D with an option on time travel for the second dimension - the picture on the left is merely showing you what the future holds, the block itself doesn't actually move. It's like a magic mirror, so to speak

yes. If we ask YOU

Unfortunately your opinon is quite skewered in this case

yeah but most of them are hypothetical and probably don't exist. they just concur nicely with the idea of string theory.

anyway, it doesn't matter if the title of the game makes any sense: i'm really good at it.
