HA I liked the evolution theory of that, but it doesn't really work as alot of skinny hot people also smoke. It's really a social thing I think, people who lack confidence/ have low self esteem smoke as it puts them into the "smoker gang", people offer each other fags and have a little chat, and you get the "have you got a lighter". I remember a old friend of mine hated smoking but when she started college she started smoking just so she could sit in the smoking hut at lunch, its like a cult of smoking for weak people who can't talk to each other. Perhap's they will all die off one day. Sorry to all you smokers out there, haven't got a problem with it really, just wouldn't do it myself.

some people don't. you have to be a bit dense to willingly damage your body like that. usually its the same people who think that sunday newspapers are actually produced on a sunday who smoke.

surely alot of the reasoning behind fat ugly people smoking will be similar to thin good looking people. bar the ones who are smoking to lose weight...........even though, having thought about it, alot of thin people have that as their reason too.

anyways, perhaps people that are fat have a tendency to not care about their health, and therefore don't see the disadvantages of smoking either?
