adobe photoshop is probably the best program out there for making graphics like sigs, etc. It's like paint but literally a million times better

most users that don't need it for a job or whatever probably have it illegally, coz it's fairly pricey. A decent free replacement is called The GIMP (weird name, I know)

i think its kinda scary. i don't like moving avatars anyway, and dodgy black and white art-porn doesn't appeal at the best of times.




....and also my warning rating has been on 20% for 10 weeks now. i like to think i learned my lesson.
