Photoshop is obviously the best. Just mess around with the filters and things. Google image for guns.

Chances are that 'A Person' (nice) - seein as they say they arn't very good with computers - probs havn't used photoshop before and possibly don't have it, so maybe this isn't the best solution for this particular case. It'd be nice to know what software you currently have installed on your puter?

I'd use Photoshop and then import into Nero Cover Designer personally but if you haven't got experience with these programs then you'd probably spend more time learning them than generating content. But Google Image search is a good bet for any pics you need.

IF you've got a Dell PC then you may have Paint Shop Pro already installed and that'd be your best bet.
Don't use MS Paint B)

You could get medieval with it and just do an old-school cut & paste, provided you're good with a X-Acto knife. Then either photocopy the results or scan them into a comp.

Youre best bet is still either Photoshop or Illustrator
