Well, after looking into Rush (which I have to say, isn't quite my bag, though the talent is there) i reckon I'll move on to DP next... where to start?

im listening to... Sound Devastation "Volume 2 : Epic Vs Experimental"
there is some amazing stuff on this one, so much better than Volume 1. Hopefully it'll get better reviews too!
other than that.... Mare, Mew (seeing them in two days!), Tool, the latest Rocksound CD, Hookers Green and Bullet Union.

(also if you pay the same amount per song, then the longer the song, the better the value, right?).
